Embodied Boundaries is a 4-week program for women who know what they want to say, but struggle to say it when it actually matters. When someone gets upset, disappointed, or pushes back, your body takes over. You go blank. You over-explain. Or you hear yourself saying “it’s fine” when it isn’t. This isn’t a communication problem, It’s a nervous system response. Inside this program, you’ll learn how to stay present in those moments, so you can speak your truth and hold your boundaries without people-pleasing, shutting down, or abandoning yourself to keep the peace. Through guided practice and real-time application, you’ll build the capacity to: • stay grounded when someone reacts • say what you actually want to say • tolerate discomfort without overriding yourself • hold boundaries without guilt or backtracking This is the shift from understanding your patterns, to changing what happens in the moment.
