what is The Coming Home Kit?
This is not a course.
It’s not a challenge.
And it’s not another thing to “keep up with.”
The Coming Home Kit is a place to arrive.
A nervous-system-led introduction to safety, regulation, and self-trust designed for women who have done the work, understand their patterns,
and still don’t feel settled in their body.
You don’t need to arrive calm.
You don’t need to feel anything specific.
You don’t need to do this properly.
Just begin where you are.
Who This Is For?
This kit is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body and understand their nervous system in a gentler, more grounded way.
-
You don’t need prior experience with somatic work.
-
You don’t need to have the right language or insight.
-
You don’t need to be struggling in any particular way.
This kit may resonate with you if:
-
You notice that your body reacts before you have time to think
-
You sometimes feel unsettled, disconnected, or unsure how to return to yourself
-
You’re curious about nervous system regulation and embodiment, but want a simple, accessible place to begin
-
You’re ready to slow things down and listen to what your body has been communicating
-
You want practices that meet you where you are, rather than asking you to push or perform
This is foundational work.
It’s designed to support everyday nervous systems,
in everyday lives.
While many women find this work particularly resonant, this kit is open to anyone who wants to build a steadier relationship with their body, their signals, and their internal sense of safety.

You’re Not Broken, You’re Dysregulated
Insight doesn’t change behaviour on its own.
Your nervous system doesn’t learn through logic, it learns through experience.
That’s why you can know what to do, and still feel panic, guilt, shutdown, or collapse when it matters.
Calm doesn’t come from forcing yourself to relax, it emerges when the body feels safe.
This kit isn’t here to teach you more.
It’s here to offer your system a different experience.
What’s Inside the Kit
Inside the Coming Home Kit, you’ll receive:

A guided nervous system practice
A slow, grounding audio designed to help your body come out of protection and into safety, without breath control, visualisation, or forcing calm.

An orientation guide
So you know how to use this without overdoing it, analysing it, or turning it into another task.

A simple nervous system map
A clear, non-clinical way to understand what state you’re in, and what actually supports you there.

A communication pathway guide
A practical explanation of how your nervous system communicates with you, and how to listen without analysing, fixing, or overriding yourself.
What This Is (and Isn’t)
This is:
-
Gentle
-
Grounded
-
Nervous-system-first
-
Non-performative
This is not:
-
A quick fix
-
A cathartic release
-
A productivity tool
-
A replacement for your intuition
You can stop at any time.
You can pause.
You can come back later.
Nothing here requires effort.

Before we Begin...
I’m Alex,
I came to this work not because I was searching for answers, but because at some point I realised that understanding myself wasn’t translating into ease. I could see my patterns clearly, name them, even speak about them well, yet my body was still bracing, adapting, and working hard to stay safe.
Like many women, I learned early how to function, cope, and hold things together.
And for a long time, that worked. Until it didn’t.
Discovering nervous system and somatic work changed the way I related to myself.
Not by fixing anything, but by teaching me how to listen, to slow down enough to notice what my body was already communicating, and to let change happen from the inside out.
This kit is shaped by that lived experience, alongside my work in nervous system education, embodiment, and facilitation.
It’s not designed to push you toward an outcome or version of yourself, but to offer a gentle way back into relationship with your body; at your own pace, in your own time.
I created the Coming Home Kit as a foundation.
Something steady, accessible, and grounding, a place you can return to whenever you need to reconnect with yourself.
Alex
