Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Terms • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment (or written confirmation, depending on agreement). • Services are non-transferable unless discussed in advance. ⸻ Cancellation Policy For Workshops, Circles & Events • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, but your place may be transferred to another person with written notice. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are not eligible for refunds. For Private or Corporate Facilitation • Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% fee. • Cancellations within 7 days are charged in full. • Rescheduling is possible depending on availability and must be agreed in writing. ⸻ Late Payment Policy • Late payments may incur a 5% admin fee after 14 days unless previously arranged. • Continued late payment may result in paused services or cancellation of future bookings.
