This is not a course.

The Coming Home Kit is a place to arrive.

 

A nervous-system-led introduction to safety, regulation, and self-trust — designed for women who have done the work, understand their patterns, and still don’t feel settled in their body.

 

You don’t need to arrive calm.

You don’t need to feel anything specific.

You don’t need to do this properly.

 

Just begin where you are.

Who This Is For?

This kit is for you if:

 

  • You’ve done therapy, mindset work, or personal development, but your body still reacts under pressure
     

  • You understand your patterns intellectually,
    yet struggle to embody boundaries or calm

     

  • You feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to come back to yourself
     

  • You’re tired of forcing regulation or “trying harder” to heal

 

This is especially for women who are capable,

self-aware, and quietly exhausted from managing themselves.

I work with nervous system education and embodied healing, and I created this kit as a place to return; not to fix yourself, but to come back into safety in your own body.

 

You don’t need to know anything about me or my work for this to support you.
