YOU'RE THE 'GOOD GIrL'

Easy going.

Reliable. Sweet.

People love you for it.

And for a long time that felt like a compliment.

Now it feels like a cage.

Because nobody sat you down and taught you this. You learned it watching.

You learned it by being praised for being easy, by clocking which version of you made the room comfortable, and quietly becoming her.

Sweet. Reliable. Low maintenance.

Never any trouble.

And here's what nobody says out loud - it worked.

Beautifully. For years.

It kept you close to people. It kept you loved.

It was a survival strategy, and it was a good one.

Nobody told you when to stop.

So here you are.

Saying yes to a coffee you don't want.

Furious in the car on the way home.

Calling it a character flaw.

It's not a flaw. It's old programming, still running perfectly.

Think Windows 95, in 2026.

WHAT IT'S ACTUAllY COSTING YOU

You think it's small.

A dinner you didn't want.

A phone call you took when you needed an hour alone.

A weekend given away before you'd finished hearing the question.

It's not small.

It's the resentment that arrives three days later, wearing something else's face.

It's 2am, rewriting a four-minute conversation.

It's saying "no honestly, it's fine" in a voice that doesn't sound like yours.

It's being praised for being easy by people who have no idea what it costs you to be that way.

And underneath all of it, the thing you don't say;

you don't actually know what you'd want, if disappointing someone wasn't on the table.

That's the real cost.

Not the coffee.

Twenty years of decisions made by a frightened part of you that never got asked whether she still wanted the job.

but you know this already

So why hasn't it helped

You've done the work.

Gone to therapy. Read the books.

You've had years of it.

You can explain your own patterns with more precision than most therapists.

And you still go blank when your mother's tone shifts.

So what's actually happening in that half-second?

Your body reads her disappointment as danger.

Not as a feeling. As danger.

And it decides what to do about it before you've registered the room has changed.

Your chest tightens.

Your mind goes blank.

Three extra sentences arrive that you never meant to say.

Underneath it, something installed long before you could speak: 'if she's upset with me, I'm not safe.'

You can't argue your way out of that.

It was there before you could argue.

Which is exactly why understanding hasn't fixed it.

The part of you that understands is working perfectly.

The part that acts is running something much older, and insight doesn't reach it.

Nervous systems don't change through understanding.

They change through doing the thing, again and again, until the doing is what's familiar and what's safe.

That's what six weeks is for.

WHO AM I AFTER THE PROGRaM?

We're not here to rewrite history...

You can't, and that was never the work.

We're here to carve a path forward, and to give your body a completely different experience of what happens when you speak.

Enough times that it starts to believe it.

Here's what that opens.

  • Your body stops bracing. The jaw. The shoulders. The breath that never quite drops. You've carried that so long you stopped calling it anything. It costs energy to hold a self in. You get that energy back.

  • You start trusting yourself again. Not as an idea. Every time you say the true thing and stay standing, something in you takes note. That's how self-trust gets built. Evidence, not decision.

  • You find out what you actually want. When disappointing someone stops being unsurvivable, a question opens that's been shut your whole adult life. "What would I choose, if I weren't managing everyone?"

And you'll know what a boundary actually is.

Not a wall. Not a punishment.

It's how you stay in your own life while you're in a room with other people.

It's the most loving thing you can do for yourself.

And it's more loving to them, too.

Nobody wants a version of you that resents them quietly.

This isn't about becoming a woman who doesn't feel it,

It's about becoming awoman who doesn't leave when it gets uncomfortable,

because she is the one person she's no longer willing to abandon.

That's not a woman who's become hard.

That's a woman who belongs to herself.

WHAT WE WILL BE WORKING WITH

THE SEQUENCE

  • 1 · THE CONDITIONING, AND WHEre it lives in your body

  • The good girl never stayed in your head. She's in the breath that never fully drops, the voice that softens on its own, the body that makes itself smaller in a room — and that's where we go looking for her.

  • 2 · WHY YOUR UNDErSTANDING NEVEr rEaCHED IT

  • You can explain yourself better than most therapists, and that part of you works perfectly. It's the sensing and the doing that have gone quiet, and understanding has never once reached them.

  • 3 · the PArt of you thAT keeps the peace

  • She's been doing that job since long before you could have chosen otherwise, so we don't override her. We find out what she's protecting, and then, gently and only if you're ready, we meet the younger one underneath.

  • 4 · the impulse thAT NEVER GOT TO FINISH

  • When their face changes, something in you moves to push back, and gets stopped before it's even formed.

  • So we let it finish with somatic movement, and the discovery that you pushed back and nothing broke.

Your body has spent thirty years expecting it would.

  • 5 · WHOSE FEElings are ACTUAlly YOURS

  • Your feelings, their feelings, and what's happening between you; you collapsed all three into yourself a long time ago, which is why you leave every hard conversation carrying everyone. We separate them, and we map exactly what happens in your body as a boundary falls over.

  • 6 · THEN WE PRaCTISE, WITH IT ACTUAllY HAPPENING

  • Not roleplay. Real tension, live in the room, getting harder each week until we're working with the situations you're avoiding right now.

It only goes up when you're ready, and we decide that together.

HOW IT WILL FLOW

THE SIX WEEKS

  • Week 1 · The Body Speaks First

  • Where the good girl lives in your body; your breath, your voice, the way you hold yourself. You'll find out which of the three holds on hardest. Your daily practice starts here.

  • Week 2 · Learning To Come Back

  • Four ways to steady yourself when it gets hard: your breath, the ground, your voice, and moving. You'll find out which one is yours.

  • Week 3 · Whose Feelings Are These

  • Your feelings, their feelings, and what's between you. Most of us carry all three. This week we separate them, and walk through exactly what happens in your body when a boundary falls over. First live practice, gently.

  • Week 4 · Saying It From A Settled Body

  • Not gritting your teeth and forcing it out. This is the week of the wall. And a practice for the hours afterwards; the part nobody prepares you for.

  • Week 5 · Your Actual Life, In The Room

  • The real situations from the weeks we've been working together. Worked with in your body, not told as stories. And an honest look at what's shifted and what needs more time.

  • Week 6 · Closing and Calibration

  • Everything you've built, in one place. A closing ritual that gives six weeks of real work the weight it deserves. Each woman named.

The container closes, and the village opens.

WHY I BUILT THIS

For years I believed that if a woman understood her pattern deeply enough,

she'd stop repeating it.

I watched that not happen. Over and over.

In women far more insightful than me.

And in myself.

I lived years without boundaries.

I know what it is to say yes while everything in me is screaming no.

To manage someone's feelings and abandon my own in the same breath.

To hold the peace in a room I never agreed to hold.

And to watch it quietly cost me my self-respect.

What changed wasn't understanding it better, I understood it perfectly.

What changed was learning to stay with myself while someone was disappointed in me.

To feel that, and not run.

Which is the hardest part, and the whole thing.

Everything else came from there.

So I built the thing I needed. In the order I needed it.

TESTIMONIALS

"I consider myself quite in tune with my body and my thoughts, after all the healing I've done.

But even in the 1:1 before the course started, something opened in me.

Being taken into my body and guided to really sit with what I was feeling, to pause and get curious.

Not just 'I feel anxious,' but naming the true feeling.

What does it look like. Does it have a colour. Where do I feel it.

Since that moment, things have changed.

I have always struggled with boundaries.

Someone would ask me for something and I'd say 'sure, I'll do it' and then ask myself why. I actually don't want to.

But when I actually stopped and paused, everything in my body was saying no.

So why did I just agree to it? Now I pause before I answer.

This course has opened my eyes to a different level of healing, and to a different level of understanding myself."

frequently asked questions

Is this therapy?

No, and it doesn't replace it. It's live teaching and body-based practice in a group.

What if I go blank in conflict?

Then this is the perfect place for you to understand why and build the resources to overcome it.

Do I need any experience with this kind of work?

Not at all, you will learn everything you need from the ground up.

What if I miss a session?

Each week builds on the last, so consistency is essential but life happens.

What's Voxer?

The one where you knew exactly what you meant and said something else entirely.

You've been carrying that a long time.

You can keep putting the good girl jacket on every morning.

Plenty of women do. It's a whole life, and it's a quiet one.

She's not your enemy.

She got you here.

But nobody ever told you when to stop.

So I'm telling you.

Six weeks. Live. Ten women, so I can actually see you.

Come and find out what it's like to say goodbye to the good girl and finally speak your truth.
