PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains how Alexandra Eden (ABN 60 817 731 377) ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information through alexandraeden.com, my programs, sessions, circles, emails and podcast. I handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number, when you join my email list, buy something, book a session, register for a circle or send an enquiry.

• Purchase details: what you bought, when, and how much you paid. Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.

• Program and session information: what you share in intake or feedback forms, in 1:1 sessions and in circles. This may include information about your emotional or physical wellbeing, which the law treats as sensitive information.

• Website and email data: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and whether you open or click my emails. This is collected through cookies and similar tools.

• Things you send me: messages, comments, DMs and testimonials.

Sensitive information

I only collect information about your health or wellbeing when you choose to share it, and I treat that sharing as your consent to use it for the purpose you shared it for — usually to tailor a session or program to you. I don't use it for marketing, and I don't share it with anyone except as described below or as required by law.

How I use your information

• To deliver what you've bought or booked, including course access, 1:1 sessions and circles

• To send you emails you've signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

• To respond to your enquiries

• To improve my programs, website and content

• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

• To share testimonials, but only with your permission, and anonymously if you ask

Who I share it with

I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with services that help me run my business, and only as much as they need:

• Ivorey — my website, forms, email, booking and course platform (built on LeadConnector/HighLevel)

• Stripe — payment processing

• Zoom — online 1:1 sessions and calls

• Fathom — an AI notetaker that records and transcribes 1:1 sessions, only with your consent

• Google Workspace / Gmail and Zoho Mail — email

• My accountant or bookkeeper, for tax purposes

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. I choose providers with recognised security and privacy practices.

Cookies

My website uses cookies to keep it working and to understand how visitors use it. I don't use advertising or tracking pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Keeping your information safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. I keep it only as long as I need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email [email protected] and I'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're concerned about how I've handled your information, please email me first at [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Confidentiality in circles

In circles, I ask every participant to keep what others share confidential. I can't guarantee that every participant will, so please share only what you're comfortable with.

Recordings

With your consent, I record 1:1 sessions using Fathom, an AI notetaker, so I can keep accurate session notes. I'll always ask before recording starts, and you can say no at any time. Recordings, transcripts and notes are private: I use them only to support your sessions, and I never share them. Fathom stores data in the United States. I delete recordings and transcripts 12 months after our last session. I keep my written session notes for 7 years after our last session, in line with NSW health record standards, then securely delete them.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
