TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply when you use alexandraeden.com or buy, book or join anything from Alexandra Eden (ABN 60 817 731 377). By buying, booking or joining, you agree to them.

1. What my work is — and isn't

My programs, products, sessions, circles and content offer somatic education and coaching. They are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, and they don't replace care from a doctor, psychologist or other health professional. If you're in crisis or have a health condition, please seek appropriate professional support. In an emergency, call 000, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

You're responsible for your own choices, and for working within your own capacity during practices. Results vary from person to person, and I don't promise any particular outcome.

You must be 18 or older to buy or take part.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. I'm not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Where I offer a payment plan, you agree to make every instalment, even if you stop taking part. If a payment fails, I may pause your access until it's resolved.

3. Digital products and courses

This covers The Stress Shift Kit, The Two Kinds of No, Embodied Boundaries, and any other pre-recorded program or download. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning. Please don't share your login, or copy, resell, record or redistribute the content.

You have lifetime access for as long as the product is available. If I ever retire a product, I'll give reasonable notice where I can.

4. Pre-recorded programs

• Embodied Boundaries and my other programs are pre-recorded and self-paced. You get access as soon as your payment goes through.

• If a program includes any extras, such as a community space or a bonus call, the details will be on its sales page.

5. 1:1 sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as early as you can:

• More than 7 days' notice: I'll reschedule your session or refund it, whichever you prefer.

• 2 to 7 days' notice: I'll reschedule your session once.

• Less than 48 hours' notice, or a missed session: the session is forfeited. If something serious has come up, please reach out and we can talk about it.

If I need to cancel, I'll offer you a new time or a full refund.

With your consent, I record sessions with Fathom for my private session notes. See the Privacy Policy for how recordings are handled.

6. Women's circles

Circles are held in person at the venue listed when you book. You're responsible for your own belongings and your own wellbeing during the circle. Spaces are limited, so if you can't come, please let me know at least 7 days before the circle. With 7 days' notice, I'll refund your ticket or move it to the next circle. With less than 7 days' notice, tickets aren't refundable. If I cancel a circle, I'll refund you in full.

7. Refunds

Digital products and programs (including The Stress Shift Kit, The Two Kinds of No and Embodied Boundaries): you get immediate access when you buy, so I don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem — for example, it isn't as described, or you can't access it — you're entitled to a remedy, and I'll fix it or refund you.

8. Intellectual property

All content on my website and in my programs is owned by me or used with permission. That includes text, videos, audio, worksheets, frameworks, my podcast and my brand. You can't reproduce or use it commercially without my written permission.

9. Testimonials

If you send me feedback, I'll only publish it as a testimonial with your permission, and I'll use only your first name or no name if you prefer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect loss, or for decisions you make based on my content. Where my liability can't be excluded, it's limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.

11. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
